Pastor Appreciation Conference

January 30, 2025

12-1:30 CST
1-2:30 EST

We invite you to a free Virtual Gathering to learn practical skills & connect with other pastors.

Being a pastor is a huge blessing, but it’s also really hard.

You have connections to many people, and yet you can still feel isolated.

We appreciate the hard work that pastors do, so we would like to do two things:

1. Allow pastors to connect with each other in a convenient but interactive way

2. Provide tools that can be useful in the transformational work that pastors do.

Our Team

  • Heath Luehmann

Heath Luehmann, ACC, believes that every person has within them unique talents and abilities that can benefit themselves and the community in which they participate. As one who has walked their path, he knows that growth is hard work and it can be intimidating at times, but with support, amazing results are just around the corner.

Heath has more than two decades of experience in education and ministry and has learned that unless you have safe people who can evoke awareness and illuminate your path, many people will miss out on the personal change that your impact could have.

  • Stephanie Fraser

Stephanie Fraser, LMFT, is a transformational leadership coach and consultant to churches and leaders. She is passionate about equipping churches to be safe places where the broken can come and find rest for their souls. As a licensed marriage and family therapist for over 20 years, on the campus of a church, Stephanie witnessed firsthand God's healing and transformation in people's lives. Currently, she loves utilizing her training, experience, and skill set to nourish and encourage leaders, pastors, missionaries, and Christian therapists all the while advocating for the hurting and broken to be healed.

  • Erik Buhl

I am Erik Buhl, MDiv, and I believe there is nothing more deeply satisfying than working with people and seeing their lives transformed through the power of coaching. In my experience, coaching works! In fact, I would not be who I am today without receiving a lot of great coaching from others.

In 2006, I received my Master’s in Divinity degree from Regent College in Vancouver, CA. In March of 2024, I earned a second Master’s Degree in Executive Coaching and Consulting from Concordia University Irvine. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation, and I have been a lead pastor for the past seventeen years.

I have a beautiful wife, Leah, and four amazing daughters, from ages six to nineteen. My hobbies include reading, golfing, playing basketball, and drinking good red wine. More than anything, when my life is over, I want to hear, “Well done, good and faithful servant.”
