Leadership Coaching and Training

Life is hard. People are unpredictable. Even the most competent people need time and space to establish and develop the ideas to help them move forward as individuals or as people leading an organization. Often there is a need for clarity from within more than advice from an outside source, which best happens through a person who can hold that space.

As an executive coach with ICF certification through the Townsend Institute and co-founder of a successful small business, I am ready to help those seeking to grow themselves and others into the person they were created to be.

What’s the difference between Coaching and Training?

Coaching

Leadership coaching focuses on personalized development, guiding individuals to unlock their potential through tailored feedback and goal-setting. It is a one-on-one process and generally happens over several sessions.

Training

Leadership training delivers structured learning to teams, building shared skills and knowledge in areas like communication, strategy, and team dynamics. Training is a group experience aimed at collective improvement.

“I appreciated having someone to talk to about what was going on. Not to get answers or advice, but to have someone listen and ask questions that made me look at things from a different perspective or think a little harder about things. Both of which can help you grow.” -Client
